All payments are done at Secure Third Party Payment Service Providers who process your order details, then pass acknowledgement back to you and us – at no point are your financial details revealed to us). This allows us to process and fulfil your order. 4. The Company offer a great value service - by using our service you agree that we will use your personal information to update you about service updates and new products/services. We will e-mail you only to maintain existing services unless you have given us your consent to email you with some Marketing material. Each and every Marketing email will have an un-subscribe option which you can exercise at any time. 5. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase. 6. Our use of cookies is restricted to that only in use via our proprietary Shopping Cart software, provided by Romancart. A cookie is an element of data that our client area sends to your web browser which is then stored on your system. 7. We are registered under the UK Data Protection Act. 8.
